Method: Screen Print · Ink: Plastisol
A screen per color, ink pushed through the mesh and cured. Flat, opaque color with the most durable hand-feel, and the price per piece drops fast as the run grows.
Method: Embroidery · Thread: 40wt Poly
Stitched directly into the fabric, so there is nothing to crack or peel. The finish reads as premium on polos, caps, jackets, and bags.
Method: DTF · Finish: Full-color gloss
Artwork printed to film, powdered, cured, and heat-pressed. Full-color detail and gradients with no per-color setup, which makes short runs and one-offs practical.

File types
AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG scale cleanly to any size. We can work from PNG or JPG too: send the largest version you have.
Resolution
For raster art, 300 dpi at the final printed dimensions keeps edges sharp. Screenshots and web images usually need to be rebuilt.
Color
If your brand has spot colors, include them. Otherwise we match as closely as the method allows and confirm on the proof.
