Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These terms apply to the use of this website and to custom apparel orders placed with PeachTree Apparel (Tennessee, USA). By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Questions: josh@peachtreeapparel.com or 423-278-2954.
Quotes and orders
Prices are confirmed in a written quote. A quote becomes an order when you accept it (and pay a deposit, when one is requested). Quantities, garments, methods, and timelines are the ones stated on the accepted quote.
Proof approval
Every order gets a proof before production. Production starts only after you approve the proof, and the approved proof is what we print, stitch, or press. Please check spelling, art, colors, sizes, placement, and quantities carefully: errors that are present in a proof you approved are your responsibility. If we produce something that does not match the approved proof, that is on us; see the Refund Policy.
Your artwork
You keep all rights to the artwork you send us. By sending it you grant us permission to reproduce it for your order, and you confirm that you have the right to use it, including logos, brand marks, photos, and licensed images. You are responsible for claims arising from artwork you supply. We may decline artwork we believe is unlawful or infringing.
Production and normal variation
Decorated apparel is made by hand and by machine on fabric. Small variations are normal and are not defects: slight color differences between screen mock-ups and physical garments, between fabric types, or between decoration methods, and small placement variances within commercial standards. We flag anything unusual before production.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice. Goods remain the property of PeachTree Apparel until paid in full.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are free before production starts, minus costs we have already incurred on your order (for example screens burned, embroidery digitizing, or garments purchased). After production starts, see the Refund Policy.
Website content
The content and design of this site belong to PeachTree Apparel or its licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without permission. Photos of finished customer work may appear in our gallery; tell us if you prefer your order not be shown and we will honor it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
