Privacy Policy

PeachTree Apparel is a custom apparel shop in Tennessee, USA. This policy explains what information this website handles, why, and the choices you have. Questions any time: josh@peachtreeapparel.com or 423-278-2954.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form or the quote form, we receive what you type: your name, business or group, email, phone, your message, and order details such as method, garment, quantity, placement, deadline, and the file name of any artwork you attach. If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Submission context. Together with a form submission we receive basic context used for spam protection and to understand how you found us: the page you submitted from, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTM) if you arrived from a link that carried them, your viewport size, and how long the page was open. This is tied to your submission, not to a profile of you.

What we do not collect. This site has no user accounts and takes no payments online; payment for orders is arranged on the quote or invoice. We do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies and local storage

By default this site uses essential browser storage only:

• your cookie choice (so we do not ask again),
• your accessibility preferences from the accessibility panel,
• campaign parameters for the current visit, kept only for that browser session.

If you choose Accept all in the privacy banner, we may additionally enable analytics and a chat assistant, which can set their own cookies. With Essential only, those stay off. You can change your choice any time with the Privacy choices link in the footer.

How we use information

To answer your enquiry, prepare your quote, produce and deliver your order, and keep normal business records. We process your information because you asked us to (steps before entering an order), because of our legitimate interest in running the shop and preventing spam, and, for optional cookies, because you consented.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that make the site and the business work: website hosting and delivery, the form-processing platform that delivers your submission to us and filters spam, and our email provider. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing josh@peachtreeapparel.com. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
